Print your own PDF as a newspaper
Whether InDesign, PowerPoint or Word - design your newspaper with a program of your choice and then conveniently upload your PDF. We print your self-created pages and layouts in the authentic newspaper look. And that in exact quantities, even from a single newspaper. With the following specifications you make your newspaper ready for our presses:

Newspaper printing for short runs - print settings & pricing
.In the calculator, you can select your individual print settings and have a non-binding price quote calculated in real time. This is what the options mean in detail:
- Quantity: Enter your desired number of pieces in the bar, click on the green checkmark and then select it in the table.
- Number of pages: From slim 4-pages to detailed 40-pages. Specify the size of your newspaper here.
- Paper type: For the printing of your newspaper you have a total of 3 different paper types to choose from. While the 60 g/m2 paper comes closest to a classic newspaper, the 80 g/m2 and 90 g/m2 paper feel much more stable and grippy.
- Format: The format describes the dimension of your page size. For our newspaper printing, the format is fixed at the size of 280 mm height x 400 mm. Compact, handy, chic!
The larger the order quantity,
the less your newspaper costs per copy.

When will my newspaper be printed?
Our printing day for short-run newspapers is Wednesday. Ideally, complete your order by Tuesday 2 pm. Then you will receive your newspaper in the fastest way. Otherwise, the usual 5 to 7 business days delivery time applies.

.What type of paper is best for my newspaper?
When choosing paper quality, there is no clear better or worse. All paper types have their own advantages and unique selling points. The decisive factors are your personal expectations and the requirements profile of your readers. If you prefer a thin and newspaper-like paper with a light gray tone, then we recommend the 60 g/m2 paper. If you prefer to print your newspaper on a more stable paper with better image quality, then our 80 g/m2 and 90 g/m2 papers are right for you.
How can I pay for my newspaper?
We accept PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and credit card as payment methods. Purchase on account is only possible in justified exceptions.
